Holly Baker, M.Ed., Ed.S. Candidate
Founder and President, Academy of America
Holly Baker is the Founder and President of Academy of America, an innovative online secondary school built on one central conviction: education should be accessible to everyone.
With extensive experience in both general and special education, Holly has worked closely with students and families navigating traditional school systems. She recognized that many learners are limited not by ability, but by rigid schedules, fixed pacing, geographic constraints, or life circumstances. In response, she founded Academy of America as a universal access model for secondary education.
Holly holds a Master of Education degree and is currently completing advanced graduate studies as an Education Specialist candidate in Educational Diagnostician training. Her professional certifications in education and assessment reflect her commitment to rigorous instruction, individualized learning pathways, and equitable access. She is also a member of the Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement.
Academy of America offers fully on-demand courses, allowing students to enroll at any time and progress at a pace aligned with their goals. The model serves all learners, including traditional students, homeschool families, credit recovery students, adult learners completing a diploma, and those who simply need a flexible pathway to graduation.

Chief Student Success and Operations Officer
Bryan Baker brings a unique, multi-disciplinary perspective to the role of Chief Student Success and Operations Officer, blending the heart of an educator with the precision of an operations executive.
Bryan’s career began in the classroom as a high school teacher, where he developed a deep understanding of student engagement and the foundational needs of an effective learning environment. This experience informs his current mission: ensuring that every operational system is designed with student outcomes as the primary metric of success.
With a robust background in operations and technology, Bryan specializes in bridging the gap between complex digital infrastructure and seamless user experiences. He is known for implementing scalable systems that drive accountability and efficiency, ensuring that the organization’s technology serves the people behind it.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Grand Canyon University. This combination of scientific inquiry and business strategy allows him to approach operational challenges with both analytical rigor and a visionary mindset.
